Counseling and Therapy

The Hawaiʻi Island Health & Wellness Center (HIHWC), a division of the Big Island Substance Abuse Council, provides mental health services to the general public and BISAC clients. Our licensed providers address addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, chronic illness, relationship issues, parenting, anger management, and more through individual, couples, family, and group sessions for all ages.

Our staff provide support for personal and work-related issues including stress, relationship challenges, and workplace difficulties.
